Rocket the Cat needs a home
Rocket and his mom, Gamora, were rescued as strays. They were living outside under a lady's porch during a cold, rainy spell of weather. Gamora had just had a litter of kittens and sadly, all but Rocket passed from exposure. When we found out about their plight, we just knew that we had to help them. Since Rocket was exposed to people at a young age, he is quite friendly and social. He is a curious and inquisitive kitty and likes to explore new things and surroundings. He's pretty petite for his age and probably won't be a very big adult cat. He has the cutest white markings on his paws, face, chest and tummy which match his equally adorable face. Rocket loves to play with toys and chase/wrestle with his kitty friends. He would love to be adopted with his best buddy, Groot, as they have practically grown up together (even though not related). He especially enjoys canned kitty treats and doesn't mind being held on occasion. He would do just fine with respectful and calm kids and would also probably adjust to a cat-friendly dog. Rocket is neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped and negative for FeLV/FIV - DOB 4/13/17 (tag 10607JB).
